What SealClaim is

SealClaim lets you seal a time-locked call, share it, and let a crowd vote on whether it came true. It proves what was said and when. Verdicts are community opinion, not a statement of fact, and we don't arbitrate who was right.

Your content and conduct

You're responsible for what you seal and post. Don't use SealClaim for anything illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing, and don't post private information about other people. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Stakes and forfeits

Any stake or forfeit attached to a call is an informal agreement between you and the people you share it with. SealClaim does not handle, enforce, or take part in it.

Accounts

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Premium features and payments

Some features (such as attachments) use credits you can purchase. Credits are for use within SealClaim, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and features may change.

No warranty

SealClaim is provided “as is.” The tamper-proof fingerprint is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SealClaim is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from stakes, forfeits, or disputes between users.

Termination

You can stop using SealClaim at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
